The Story of Helen Moss

Robert J. Ronis, M.D., M.P.H.

Robert J. Ronis, M.D. , M.P.H., Douglas Danford Bond Professor and Chairman Department of Psychiatry, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and Psychiatrist-in-Chief, University Hospitals Health System. This distinguished doctor was appointed to the Board of Trustees on April 5, 2010.

The importance of the addition to the board of Trustees cannot be underestimated because as Helen Moss, Managing Trustee, says, “Dr. Ronis’ addition to the board broadens our scope in treating the cancer patient by understanding the psychological problems that cancer patients and their families face in undergoing cancer treatments and at times facing near death experiences.”

When the Integrative Oncology Professorship is in place at Case WRU medical school, the Psychiatry Department will be an integral part of the knowledge and research in patient care. Click here to get more information about Dr. Ronis.
