The Story of Helen Moss

When I first discovered my cancer, I very naively felt that I could be just like Bruce Willis' character in 'Die Hard' and that I would fight this cancer off and be victorious. However, the treatment pulled me down and 'fighting' or that mind set drained my energy.

sagar Stephen Sagar, President of the Society for Intergrative Oncology, spoke both at the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, New York, as well as at Chautauqua-in-Chagrin 2009, a summer series that brings world-renowned speakers from the famed Chautauqua Institution to Chagrin Falls.  The special lecture was titled "We are More Than the Sum of Our Parts!  Integrative Health, Synergy and the Transcendence of Holism-A Biolgical Persective."   Helen Moss Breast Cancer Research Foundation was one of the sponsors in bringing Dr. Sagar these venues.
